1. **Group Size:** The original itinerary offers arrangements for 2–12 travelers. Private Nacayo groups of 2–8 require a confirmed quotation.
2. **Meeting Point:** Depart from the designated meeting location in Lijiang. Return transfers and the final drop-off point must be confirmed before booking.
3. **Fitness:** This is an active high-altitude hiking tour, not a standard sightseeing trip. Previous hiking experience and good physical fitness are recommended.
4. **Altitude:** Parts of the Nanji Luo route exceed 4,000 m. Guests should consider altitude-related risks and disclose relevant mobility or fitness concerns before booking.
5. **Access:** Nanji Luo may require advance registration, local transport, and access approval. Entry and the full grand circuit are subject to current local regulations.

3. **14–7 Days Before Departure:** A cancellation fee of 30% of the total tour price applies.
4. **6–2 Days Before Departure:** A cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour price applies.
5. **Less Than 48 Hours Before Departure or No-show:** A cancellation fee of 100% of the total tour price applies.
6. **Non-refundable Services:** Non-refundable costs already incurred for accommodation, transportation, permits, tickets, or other services will be deducted from the refundable amount in accordance with the confirmed booking agreement and applicable law. The same loss will not be charged twice.
