Booking Notice

• The reference price is based on 2 people traveling together on a private tour. Final pricing depends on travel dates, group size, hotels and itinerary adjustments.

• The route includes flights from Beijing to Xi'an, Xi'an to Dunhuang and Urumqi to Shanghai, plus a high-speed train from the Dunhuang area to Turpan. Confirm ticket inclusion, schedules, stations, seat class and baggage allowance in the final quotation.

• Forbidden City and Mogao Caves visits require advance real-name booking. Admission, available halls or caves and visiting times depend on the confirmed ticket type and current regulations.

• The Mutianyu Great Wall includes a scheduled round-trip cable car. Operation depends on weather and attraction arrangements.

• The Day 5 miniature warrior workshop and Day 6 cultural dining arrangements depend on the confirmed local hosts and venues.

• Mogao Caves mural copying, Mingsha Mountain camel riding and Heavenly Lake boat or cable-car rides are optional unless included in your final written itinerary.

• Turpan involves exposed historic sites and potentially hot, dry weather. Bring drinking water, sun protection and comfortable walking shoes.

• The Day 8 train departure station and Day 10 Heavenly Lake route affect total road-transfer time and must be confirmed before travel.

• Religious sites, museums, historic buildings and cultural venues may have closures, visitor limits or photography restrictions.

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee

• 30–15 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee

• 14–7 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee

• 6–2 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee

• Less than 48 hours before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

• Any non-refundable costs already incurred for hotels, tickets, transportation or other services will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Where does the tour end?
The tour ends with a scheduled transfer to your confirmed Shanghai departure airport on Day 13.
How do we travel between the main destinations?
By private vehicle for scheduled sightseeing and road transfers, with flights from Beijing to Xi'an, Xi'an to Dunhuang and Urumqi to Shanghai, plus a high-speed train from the Dunhuang area to Turpan.
Which meals are included?
Hotel breakfasts are expected from Day 2 to Day 13, subject to the final hotel arrangements. The detailed itinerary schedules lunches on Days 2–8, 11 and 12, and describes a Xi'an dinner experience on Day 6. The exact meal inclusion and flight-day timing must be confirmed in the final quotation.
Does the itinerary include a visit to Kashgar?
No. The standard 13-day route visits Beijing, Xi'an, Dunhuang, Turpan, Urumqi and Shanghai. Kashgar would require a separately customized extension.
Are the camel ride and Heavenly Lake cruise included?
The reference itinerary presents these as opportunities or optional ways to explore the attractions. Confirm the camel ride, cruise or cable-car ticket separately if you would like to add them.
Is the Mogao Caves mural-copying experience included?
Mural copying appears in the product highlights but is not expressly scheduled in the detailed Day 7 program. It requires separate confirmation before being treated as included.
Are domestic flights and high-speed train tickets included?
The itinerary requires three domestic flights and one high-speed train journey. The reference price-includes section does not separately identify ticket classes or ticket charges, so their inclusion must be confirmed in the final written quotation.
