• The published reference price is based on 2 people traveling together on a private tour with 4-star hotel arrangements. Final pricing may vary by travel date, group size, hotel choice and itinerary adjustments.

• The Day 4 Shanghai → Hangzhou high-speed train is included. The train number, departure and arrival stations, seat class and travel time will be confirmed before travel.

• The Huangpu River experience on Day 2 is a public ferry ride, not a private sightseeing cruise.

• The Day 3 local-home tea visit is subject to the host's confirmed availability and the final walking route.

• The Day 4 West Lake boat ride, tea and incense rituals, and traditional Chinese medicine heritage visit are subject to venue availability, weather and operating arrangements. The medicine-related visit is a cultural experience, not medical treatment.

• Day 5 includes public-facing technology experiences. A driverless-bus ride and internal visits to Alibaba or Unitree Robotics are not guaranteed parts of the scheduled daily program.

• Day 6 includes a private road transfer from Hangzhou to Suzhou, followed by sightseeing in Suzhou and Tongli Water Town. The Tongli boat ride depends on water conditions and local operation.

• Day 7 includes a private transfer from Suzhou to your confirmed Shanghai departure airport. Please provide the departure airport and flight details in advance.

• The itinerary involves walking through historic streets, classical gardens and canal-side lanes. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

• This private itinerary can be customized according to your interests, walking preference and travel schedule.

• More than 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee

• 30–15 days before departure: 20% cancellation fee

• 14–7 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee

• 6–2 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee

• Less than 48 hours before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee

• Any non-refundable costs already incurred for hotels, tickets, transportation or other services will be deducted from the refundable amount.
