The trip was arranged for overseas guests and family members
connected with an new energy company.
Guests arrived in Chengdu on different flights and different dates.
Three children were travelling with the group, and the preference was tostay away from high-altitude destinations.
For most visitors, Chengdu and the surrounding region would normally
make up a much shorter trip. Here, the question was how to use
15 days well without simply adding more stops.

Because the group size changed as new guests arrived,
the journey was planned in stages rather than treated
as one fixed 15-day programme.

With 11 guests travelling together, the vehicle needed to work
for longer driving days while also fitting the tone of a
company-hosted visit.
Compared with a typical group vehicle, the cabin offeredgenerous seating space, a more refined interior
and a noticeably more business-like feel.
It may seem like a small detail, but the vehicle is often
one of the first parts of the trip guests experience after arrival.

Local food was an important part of the trip,
but eleven guests do not necessarily share the same tastes.
We recommended authentic local restaurants while taking into account
spice tolerance, children in the group and individual dining preferences.
Meals were not treated as a fixed set menu.
The aim was to let guests experience Sichuan food properly
while making sure everyone could enjoy the table.
